Project Description
The objective of this project was to build an Unified Analytics viewer that would integrate various data from different sources to build a target profile for a suspicious person. This is basically analytical platform that allows for various analytical and visualization modules to be integrated into the unified viewer systems and GUI, and these modules can be lunched from within the unified system and allows users to perform module specific operation:
1. Target Provisioning
2. Target Intercepts monitor for voice and data
3. Target Profiling
4. Geolocation (Advanced and Targeted)
5. Mass Analytics
6. CDR Analytics
7. Investigation Management
8. Operations Management
So, to incorporate the all modules, following Components needed to be built
1. A 4-Tier Data Center
2. 3MW Power Sub-Station with dual source feed
3. Digital Command Center
4. Central Monitoring System
5. Network Transmission setup for data ingestion from MNO, ISP and other data source entity

Contributions/Challenges/Impact
Contributions
- Led huge task management (near about 36000) using Redmine Project Management Tool
- Assisted Program Director to manage the local part of vendors and stakeholders
- Managed communication with remote team of Yaana Ltd. (different technical resources from different countries) to collect the project progress information and update them into the Project Management tool accordingly
- Helped to prepare the Executive Dashboard presentation to submit to the client
- Taken participation in different technical and project management meetings with Yaana team mates
- Led the development of Data Center and Power Sub-Station
- Managed local vendors
Challenges
- As this project involves huge activities, lots of local vendors had been engaged to complete the different parts like Civil Construction, Power Sub-Station build-up, R&D Lab build-up, it was so challenging all these vendors
- Remote team management – As all remote team mates were residing at different time-zones, it was so tough to communicate and get updates from them
- Data collection and Integration
Actions
- By Day-to-Day Meeting, Hard monitoring and Supervision with technical expertise specially in Power Sub-Station helped to manage all vendors

- Successfully rolled out phase-1 of ILIS project
- We had been selected to work for the phase-2 of this ILIS project
