Challenges
- Since it was a government office, the employees were non-cooperative while providing information during SRS preparation. The general employees were afraid of losing their jobs as they had no idea about software automation.
- Paper-based data digitization
- Internal Network of ACC was maintained by another network vendor. We faced a lot of challenges to integrating with our application infrastructure
Actions
- We organized a two-day workshop on IT, software development, automation, and all these technologies and made them sure not to loose job
- We engaged near about 50 data-entry operators to digitize the paper-based data
- By working with that vendor, we integrated our application with the said data network and set up VPN connectivity for remote connection
Results
- Timely Delivered the ERP Solution on time, enabling digital services across different ACC offices
- Ensured secure, reliable deployment at scale, meeting stringent government audit standards
- Trained ACC’s personals to use the ERP system properly
